What does our warranty cover?
Because of our superior, patent protected, design that offers outstanding strength and long-lasting protection from the environment and chemical exposures, we are able to offer a warranty like no other in the industry. Each cover is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your spa or hot tub! After all, shouldn’t it be that way in the first place? Why should anyone have to buy 3 or 4 different covers for the same hot tub? Tubs and spas can handle the rough environment, shouldn’t your cover be able to as well?
How the Lifetime Warranty Works
Our goal as an Employee Owned Business is to provide a product that will last as long as you own your original spa or hot tub, or for 10 years, whichever comes first. We hope your spa or hot tub can last as long as our cover. If your cover is found to be non-serviceable due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the stated time period, replacement parts or a replacement cover will be provided, non Pro-Rated. Since we are warrantying your new cover for as long as your original tub or spa lasts, when registering your new cover for the warranty, you will also need to provide information on your existing spa or hot tub, including make, model number, serial number. You will also be required to send us photos of your existing hot tub as well as your hot tub with our new cover on it for our reference.
Complete the enclosed warranty registration card or submit your on-line registration within ten (10) days of receipt of your new cover. The Serial Number of your new cover is stamped onto the interior fold of the metal hinge near one of the ends. With the cover fully open, you can easily view the serial number. Please make sure to note this number on your registration. The serial number is also on the packing list, registration card and instructions included with your cover. This serial number will be required for any warranty claims in the future.
